What does GeniusCFO cost per month?
GeniusCFO costs ₹999 to ₹2,999 per month for a single business and ₹3,999 to ₹6,999 per month for a CA or vCFO firm. All prices exclude 18% GST. Billing every three months costs 20% less than the monthly rate, and every plan begins with a 7-day trial: ₹9 for businesses, free on request for CA firms.

How long is the trial?
Every plan starts with a 7-day trial with full access from day one. Businesses pay ₹9 once on Razorpay to start and sign up straight after; CA/Firm plans start with a free trial after a demo booked with the GeniusCFO team. No UPI mandate is set up and nothing is charged automatically after the trial.
Why does the business trial cost ₹9?
Because a free trial brought in fake sign-ups and people who worked through the AI credits meant for trials without any intention of using the product. A small payment keeps the trial for real businesses and keeps the AI allowance available to them. CA/Firm trials begin with a booked demo, so they stay free.
What happens after the trial?
You choose a plan and pay via Razorpay. If you don’t, the AI stops — your books, statements, GST screens and manual entry all keep working, and nothing is ever deleted.
How does 3-month billing work?
The 3-month option is billed once for three months of access and saves 20% against the monthly rate. Monthly billing is available on every plan.

Can I change my plan later?
Yes. Contact the GeniusCFO team to move to a different plan. The new plan and billing amount will apply from the confirmed change date.
Is GST included in the displayed prices?
No. Plan prices exclude 18% GST. The total including GST is shown against the selected plan, and GeniusCFO provides a GST tax invoice for the billed amount.
Are managed accounting services included in a plan?
No. Accountant+ and CA+ are optional services for business customers and are billed separately.
How are plans for CA firms priced?
Firm plans are priced by the client companies and team members included. Team covers three client companies and Enterprise covers ten. Additional client companies are ₹599 per month each and additional members are ₹299 per month each.
